:: Personal Training (Fitness)
We offer a variety of personal training programs to meet your needs. Our east/west training techniques allows us to integrated working out (strength, interval, high intensity training) with working in (yoga, Qi gong and meditation) to build a healthy program for building strength, balance and vitality and RESULTS! After a comprehensive assessment, we tailor every session to meet your body’s unique needs.
Our business is focused to clients on the Upper Westside of Manhattan from 57th to 190th st. For an additional fee we can travel east or downtown. We work in personal training facilities as well as in-home gyms. Our sessions are 1-hour in length, but can be customized for individual needs. The first session is 60-75 minutes assessment to determine client needs and program design elements.

:: Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (Fitness, Fuel & Focus)
Our holistic lifestyle coaching can help you design a comprehensive program for better health and well-being. It can be weight loss focused, digestive issues or stress management we can coach you. Our program incorporates: Fitness, proper exercise program (working out and working in); Fuel, through Metabolic Typing, to find the nutritional program for healthy weight management and sustainable energy and; Focus, techniques to promote proper restoration and stress management to handle life’s stressors.
We call it finding your “Sweet Spot” the intersection of the 3 circles of health fitness, fuel and focus. The sweet spot is like the one on a golf club or a baseball bat, the precise spot where you can deliver maximum mass behind the ball. We will work for you to find your optimal balance. We’ll work to create a lifestyle-based program of healthy habits and the strategies to achieve them.

Coaching
Together we'll identify your personal vision for wellness and identify priorities and goals in one or more areas including: fitness, weight, nutrition, stress, and health. We will also discuss the behavioral science principles, which are important for you to be successful in developing a healthier lifestyle. We believe that the best approach is to help you take small, sustainable steps toward your wellness, one week at a time, for as long as you need to achieve your goals.

- Lean, Fit & Focused©
This 8-week program consists of weekly group workouts and lectures on health & wellness. In the program, you will be given an assessment, workout plan and eating plan for your "metabolic type". This program teaches the Pyramid of Health and will show why wellness and weight loss are not found through one set formula. Additionally you will use a Lifestyle Log to track your results as you bring your daily life into balance.

:: Group Workouts
Re~EnerChi: A series of flowing movements that cultivate ones ability to protect health, promote vitality and prolong life, while increasing spiritual awareness and insight. Re~EnerChi is based in movements from chi gung (breathing exercise) and yoga integrating gentle movements or stillness of the body, balanced with rhythmically regulated breathing to calm and focus the mind. Open to levels
Fit Yoga & Power Yoga: These are basic and intermediate active Vinyasa yoga classes.
(Class size limited to 20).
Boot Camp: This high intensity callisthenic workout is both fun and challenging and great for team building! (Max. class size: 40 participants).
Kickboxing: A high intensity martial arts based class – great for blowing off steam and stress. (Max. class size: 40 participants).
Walking Programs: These invigorating 30-60 minute guided walks are fun, easy, and can accommodate a variety of fitness levels. “Par course” exercises can be added into the walk, upon request, creating a full body workout with cardio. (Max. class size: 40 participants).
Guided Relaxation and Breathing Techniques: Learn how breathing and relaxation techniques can help you relieve stress and increase focus. Experience a guided relaxation during this 30-60 minute workshop.
Stretch and Energy Breaks: Instead of cookies and coffee, (or in addition too), another great way to break is by stretching and breathing. We offer 10-15 minute breaks to help increase blood flow and mental acuity.
Active in Moment© workshops: The AIM workshops are fun and easy techniques to integrate fitness exercises in your everyday life. The workshops are: AIM at the Office, AIM at Home and AIM in the Park. These 45, 60 and/or 90-minute active workshops are for corporate wellness programs, meetings and health-focused events.
